Co-living rooms
We love to expand our know-how and pass it on to our guests. With this in mind, our Community Living Room offers you intelligent solutions and integrative spaces. For maximum productivity and flexibility! If you don’t want to go straight back to your apartment afterwards, you don’t have to cook and try out new recipes on your own after a long day. Our Community Kitchen is clean and spacious and available to you every day. To clear your head and do something good for your body at the same time, we are currently building our Community Gym. Soon, 40 m² of space with smart training equipment will await you.
Our philosophy
We love bringing people together. That’s why we cultivate a particularly open and inviting atmosphere at ZÄHLWERK. Personal guest service is important to us – we already have a good portion of empathy. The concept of “Smart Living” is just as important to us as it is to our philosophy, in order to be able to offer a modern and innovative service.
