Smart Living Concept
We offer a fully automated and contactless check-in process. Before your arrival you will not only receive the registration form, but also an 8-digit and a 4-digit door code.
The 4-digit code can be used immediately for check-in at the outer door. Do not forget: After entering the numbers, always click on the tick to confirm the process. At the apartment door itself, you must first use the 8-digit code once and confirm the process. Afterwards, you can also use the 4-digit code at your apartment door.
If you would like to check in at our reception, you can do so Monday to Friday from 9 AM – 5.30 PM.
With our Guest-Service-Manager you can conveniently check out online and simply close the doors behind you. You will automatically receive the final invoice via email. We kindly ask you to leave the flat by 11 AM at the latest. If you would like to check out later, we can offer you a late check-out until 3 PM, subject to availability. We charge € 30 for this service. Please feel free to contact us.
If you would like to check out at our reception, you can do so Monday to Friday from 9 AM – 5.30 PM.
At ZÄHLWERK Apartments Pfaffenhofen you can operate all our doors with codes. However, we offer you the possibility of having room cards handed out at our reception desk.
With the 4-digit code, which you will receive from us before your arrival, you can easily enter and leave the apartment building. The only exception is the initial activation of your apartment door. At the apartment door itself, you must first use the 8-digit code and confirm the process with the tick. You can then also use the 4-digit code at the apartment door.
Please note: After entering any code, you must always click the tick to confirm or click the “x” if you have made a mistake.
Within our Guest-Service-Manager you will find many digital services. From the reservation confirmation and your registration form to the personal access code for the booked apartment. This doesn’t only save tedious paperwork, you are also completely free and flexible to come and go whenever you want.

Two washing machines and two dryers are located in our laundry room in the basement. These are operated directly by WeWash. Use the WeWash app to check whether the washing machine or dryer is free, reserve a slot and pay conveniently in the app.
