Plenty of space within your own four walls. Because in our Studio Apartment you have a separate living area that invites you to relax or do a home workout. However you use the extra space, the main thing is that you feel completely at ease. Therefore, we also provide a kitchen with a dishwasher. Enjoy yourself during your long-term stay with us.

Good to know
For short-term stays, in the spirit of sustainability and environmental protection, we offer our “Green Choice” option. Within this option we clean your apartment every three days. On request, daily apartment cleaning is also possible free of charge. For long-term stays (21 days or more), apartment cleaning is once a week.
Please note that cleaning service is not available on weekends.
Bed linen and towels are changed at regular intervals within the apartment cleaning. We also offer the “Green Choice” option. Within this option we clean your apartment every three days.
Two washing machines and two dryers are located in our laundry room in the basement. These are operated directly by WeWash. Use the WeWash app to check whether the washing machine or dryer is free, reserve a slot and pay conveniently in the app.
